An early breakfast, and this restaurant was a great choice. I went for the huevos motulenos, with one of the best coffees I’ve had. Best way to start your day. I highly recommend, I will definitely be back. Excellent service, friendly staff. Nice restaurant

This was our favorite restaurant during our 2 week stay in Merida. We visited 2x for breakfast, 2x for dinner. We were happy to be taken care of by Ricardo. The service was consistently excellent and food was delicious, good portions and prices as well. The only place I saw where fish tacos was on menu for breakfast! We liked that the place combines local and upscale restaurant elements without being pretentious.

Wonderful service. Not simply active - attentive. Good, strong coffee. Update: Went back for a Cappuccino Maya and Gabriel nailed it! Quite a fun experience. We also had a tuna tartar tostada plate that was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend La Costa Divina!

Great decor and ambiance. Service was attentive. Food was good. We tried their Chiles en Nogada and were not disappointed at all. Their clericot was well prepared. Prices are on the higher side.

Wonderful place with very friendly and kind staff. Gabriel served us an amazing flaming Mayan Cappuccino and the tuna tartar was generous and delicious and well priced.

Excellent service, attentive, friendly, cheerful staff. Great attention to details and well trained in food service protocol without being arrogant. I was really impressed. I’ve visited the restaurant in two occasions, tried the tasty mezcalitas jamaica and pineapple. My favorite dish was the mixed tacos, really tasty, great presentation, aromatic, perfect size for one person lunch. On the second visit, I ve tried de empanada de cazon ( fish), served as portion of three with a hot habanero sauce. Proceed with caution. I’m glad I’ve tried however I wouldn’t order it again. Location is near plaza grande in colonia Centro, definitely a stop by if you’re visiting Merida.

We visited this place few years ago amd it was terrible, like in all the same places around a la Yucatan cuisine (primitive but expensive). I didn’t want to go now but we want a simple breakfast and they offered “package”, muy comodo. It was sooo cute after renovation inside, pretty reasonable prices, amazing service all atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a breakfast with unlimited coffee!
